HomeJourney to Bend OregonPlanning a Festival Journey In Bend

Bend, Oregon is more than just a Central Oregon city with gorgeous rivers and incredible mountainside. Bend brings together visitors from all over the country for its many festivals and events. Planning ahead can be difficult if you are not from the area. Here is how to experience Bend Oregon visitor attractions below:

Bend Brew Fest

Saying Bend has some of the best craft breweries in the country is an understatement. Make the most of your event journey to Bend with a trip during the Bend Brew Fest. This exciting annual event takes place at the end of summer each year for warm temperatures and cold beer. Not only will you be trying sample pours of the best beer from each brewery, you can also choose from a fine selection of local food vendors. Plan ahead for the next Bend Brew Fest taking place August 15th to 17th 2019.

Balloons Over Bend

You cannot get a better view of Bend than on one of the majestic hot air balloons found during the Balloons Over Bend festival. This annual event is a fun-filled weekend of hot air balloons, fun, games, and so much more. Children’s activities such as bounce houses, face painting, and races will be around for the kids, too. Check out the next Balloons Over Bend happening July 26-28 2019.

Deschutes County Fair

In October, the Bend Fall Festival features live music, a Harvest Market with seasonal produce and handcrafted food products, a family play zone with jump houses, pumpkin painting and more. The Fine Artist Promenade has over 100 vendors with handmade art and The Souk, an open-air market featuring one-of-a-kind items from around the world.
