The Old Mill District has a few wine bars with tasting rooms, and you can enjoy the taster tray at Va Piano Vineyards or Evoke Winery to get things started. The Stoller Wine Bar, Elixir Wine Group, and the Bledsoe Family Winery all have tasting rooms in the Box Factory. From there head back downtown to Domaine Serene Wine Lounge or your favorite romantic restaurant for dinner. Or head to one of the local distilleries, where you can enjoy the tour, then enjoy a tasting flight in their tasting rooms. Start with Oregon Spirit Distillers and their award winning whiskeys, Crater Lake Spirits, Backdrop Distilling, and Bendistillery (America’s Most Award Winning Small Batch Distillery).
