Sun Country Tours Bend OR offers the very best river rafting experiences, whether half-day or full day tours, with expert guides to get you there safely. Try the Big Eddy Thriller, a three-hour river trip on a series of Class III rapids on the Deschutes, which Sun Country has been running since 1978. It’s our most popular trip, and for many of our repeat customers, it’s an annual must-do. Along with the Deschutes, Sun Country Tours also offers trips on the McKenzie and North Umpqua Rivers, all with transportation available from Bend. All riders must be 6 or older.
Something a Little More Restful?
If you prefer a more relaxing river ride, there are two other great options for you to enjoy with Sun Country Tours. You can float the river on an inner tube, or give stand-up paddling a try. It’s one of the fastest-growing sports, and you’ll soon see why: it not only gives you a great core workout, but it’s an awesome way to see a new view of the city of Bend! Sun Country Tours offers introductory SUP lessons, SUP rentals, and even a SUP tour, all from our Bend headquarters. Just perfect for a day of fun in the sun! Guests must be 10 years of age for SUP rentals. We also have a few dog-friendly boards, so you can bring your furry friend along!
