Light eaters will enjoy their soups and salads, while those with heavier appetites will appreciate their hearty sandwiches; the Juniper Elk burger is a local favorite! Because vegetarians who don’t feel like salad often get overlooked, Deschutes Brewery in Bend offers a Vegan Cashew Flatbread topped with olive oil, garlic, grilled artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, spinach, cashew parmesan, arugula salad, and fresh herbs which is both filling and delicious!

And we can’t blame you. Deschutes Brewery is famous throughout the region for its choice of year-round, seasonal, Bond Street Series, Reserve blends, and their collaboration beers. Pacific Wonderland Lager is one of the more popular year-round brews, while the Jubelale tops the seasonal list, the Fresh Squeezed IPA ranks high in the Bond Street Series, and the Pinot Suave, which is NOT a wine as you may think, but more of a combination of an ale and wine, is a unique favorite from the Reserve Series. Oh, and listen up all you whisky connoisseurs: Their Black Butte Whiskey has been distilled from one of Deschutes’s most popular porters! This collaboration was absolutely genius!
