Three salad options are available with the standard yet tasty Caesar Salad, protein heavy Spinach Salad, and local favorite Braised Warm Beet Salad that includes a delicious hazelnut vinaigrette dressing.
Four pasta dishes set Chanterelle Restaurant apart from other Italian restaurants in town with the Veal and House Made Fennel Sausage Bolognese, Eggplant-Chickpea Mint House Made Ravioli, and more. Finally, entrees include freshly prepared steak, roasted chicken, pan seared rib eye, scallops, pork loin, seafood cioppino, and pan seared steelhead caught by boat each day.
